Team Facilitation Workshop
Team workshops teach your business the methods required to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team. We give you the tools to maximise the capability of your team; and reveal the most productive version of them. By offering actionable strategies that foster collaboration and communication, eras' insights into team dynamics empower you to create a workplace where teams drive collective success.
What's Included In A Team Facilitation Workshop?
During our half-day psychometrics team course, you can expect:
- A unique and engaging course
- To explore 5 broad areas of personality
- Discussions facilitated by a consultant
- Approaches to conflict and resolution
- Individual development reports
- Team development report
Using the personality instrument, The Quest Profiler® (completed online before the workshop), team members will learn how they prefer to work and importantly, how their colleagues prefer to work.
Our individual development report uses a 'Big Five' starting point: five broad personality factors combined to give you a clear and straightforward overview. To make things clear, these are represented as coloured animals on a three-point scale (red, amber, green).
Our team development report reveals rich and detailed information about the team and how they work together, starting with the 'Big Five' approach and then delving into more detail.
