Our Business

We are a supplier of psychometric tests and questionnaires to our clients for the purposes of selection and staff development. We also provide associated training and consultancy. We operate in the UK and have clients located worldwide.

Our Actions

We take the following actions to implement our commitment:

  • Due Diligence: We conduct due diligence on our suppliers and partners to assess their risk of modern slavery and human trafficking.
  • Supplier Code of Conduct: We require our suppliers to adhere to a code of conduct that prohibits modern slavery and human trafficking.
  • Whistleblower Policy: We have a whistleblower policy that allows employees and others to report concerns about modern slavery and human trafficking confidentially.
  • Training: We provide training to our employees on how to identify and report signs of modern slavery and human trafficking.

Approval

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our company’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31/03/2025.
